Ready to Ride

Brady and I have been enjoying going on bike rides around the neighborhood. The other day I noticed that his training wheels were hardly even touching the ground and when I told him that he said, "I don't know why, but all of a sudden I can balance." I suggested he have Dad take off the wheels when he got home.

About a half hour later Brady comes in and says he wants to show me something. I go outside and he takes off across the driveway on his bike...without training wheels! He had gone in the garage, found his little tool kit and taken them off by himself with his wrench.

I couldn't believe it! No parent running behind trying to balance the seat, no wobbly tries, he can now completely ride his bike by himself.

He was so proud of himself and had to surprise each member of the family as they came home. I'm not sure how Dallin felt about it since he just learned to ride a few months ago!

Good job buddy!

Hey there! Thanks for commenting, it makes me look like I have more friends! You and your fam look great. Your hair looks so pretty long! And your real grass looks even better than our turf. Hope you guys are well in Idaho.

AWESOME BRADY... All that lego building came in handy. I can't believe he did that all by himself, the bike riding too. Ok Tiff, time to get him a big boy bike. He looks like a circus kid on those tiny wheels!
