Trying to stay cool in AZ
The kids and I have been in Phoenix since Sunday night. After a looong 2-day drive (I definitely don't appreciate Mark for all the long trips he's driven) we were welcomed by the hottest weather so far this summer. (Highest was 116...crazy considering the morning we left Boise it was cloudy and in the 60's!) Even though I grew up here and we lived here the past 4 summers, the heat still doesn't get any easier. But the kids are having a ball in Grandma's pool and I'm loving seeing family and close friends. Sorry no pictures, I left the cord I need at home, so they'll have to wait. Tomorrow night is Wicked with Mom and Dad and then Mark flies down Friday to (thankfully) drive us home starting next Wednesday. Even though I love being in Phoenix I know I'll be glad to get back to my cool Idaho summer nights!

Well, it's not much cooler up here this week, 100's. That's hot for Idaho. Especially this summer. We're headed to Spring Shores today. We'll miss you!

We could come there if you guys would want us to, I know our kids really really want to see their cousins. I don't know why nobody told us you guys were coming down!
