Eagle Island

One of the disadvantages of living in Idaho is being far, far away from the beach. Eagle Island is one of our substitutes. It is a section of the Boise River with a sandy area that they have made into a state park. Our kids love it! After spending four hours there yesterday they still didn't want to leave! At Eagle Island you can:

build sand castles (the girls with their friends KeLynn and Emma),

float on tubes or rafts or paddle a boat,

swim all around or explore the island.

And for those of you that have spent past summers with Brady, you'll be glad to know that no, he still can't keep his bathing suit up. Some things will never change.

Wow that last pic is borderline indecent, you've become so scandalous. Get that boy a bum so his pants will stay on!

Looks like so much fun! Also, I noticed the Hunger Games is on your reading list right now and was thrilled. I just read it and loved it!
